Wonderful clean hotel with amazing staff who made the stay a great experience. Great and ideal position in Nivelles. - Found in the nice enough area just next door to the nearby shopping centre, the canal at Ronquieres, and the shopping mall and very easy access to motorway.

Nice and relaxed

Very very noisey on saturday night because of party which went on until 4 am. Got no sleep. Did make a call to reception but noise continued for a further 2 hours

Unfortunately, the hotel is near the highway so you can hear the noise from it almost all the time.

The whole experience was such great. We had an absolutely brilliant and good room with excellent services. Everything was good, the staff were amazing and terrific. Brussels South airport was hardly 21 minutes away by car👍

The hotel is spotlessly clean. the staff at the reception desk is helpful. - Excellent location in Nivelles, close to a taxi stand at the train station, within walking distance to a mall and a local shopping area. - Overall, a great experience.

Room was warm and cosy. Good bed. Close to the motorway.

Restaurant itself is nice, also with a lot of space. However the taste of the food is average. Would certainly not recommend if you want a good meal are if you have business invites. Also, you do not get much vegetables.

Staff were friendly and efficient, good atmosphere in the bar area and restaurant.

Everything was super clean and looked like it had been recently redone. the folks at the front desk were really nice and friendly. I lucked out with a room that was not only spotless but also had a sweet view 👍.

Ideal location for our trip around Belgium and we were very impressed with your lovely hotel

1. Nice location at the suburb of the near small city. 2. Quite large parking place. 3. Near shopping center, pizza restaurant, fast food. 4. Very good access from highway and to the highway.

1. Cleaning of the restaurant in the morning during a breakfast. I see as inappropriate if you´re taking breakfast and somebody hums with vacuum cleaner close your table. 2. Quite poor breakfast. It is not worth for the money. 3. The room furniture, carpets, etc. look outdated. It would be nice to change them. 4. Horrible lifts. Outdated, dirty, slow, some of them out of order.

The family room with a double bed was ready upon arrival. the room included a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating. the hotel's location is conveniently close to local main shops.

Excellent stay-friendly, helpful staff and great room and location -handy for shopping, restaurants in Nivelles and countryside on your doorstep.
